Trish and Sam worked together at The Fox, Old Street in London. They always enjoyed pouring over their cookbooks in May as all the best summer ingredients started to come into season.
Trish has agreed to leave her acclaimed and accomplished pub The Canton Arms in South London to cook a sumptuous 3-course meal at The Bristol Cookhouse using local and seasonal produce.
Trish is the queen of nose to tail eating and you can be absolutely sure this is an evening not to be missed!
