These lessons are designed for individuals who want to learn how to make some impressive Indian dishes to take away with them. The lessons will be very hands on where Anupreet will show you how the art of Indian cooking lies in the right balance of the spices and technique.
Vegetables and meats will be organic and locally sourced. You will also learn how Indian food is not actually high in fat, but super healthy.
All ingredients and spices for all recipes will be supplied for the class. Along with recipe cards.
Anupreet Attridge is a Bristol-based food writer and cookery teacher, who left her Corporate career of sixteen years to concentrate on her passion – to become a neoteric foodie through showing the glamour of cooking!
She is a Recipe Contributer for the online healthy magazine The Art of Healthy Living. Her first published recipe the Chicken Jalfrezi ‘Sheppards’ Pie, was an instant hit with the readers.
Anupreet held her very first pop up restaurant at the end of January 2018, at the popular Primrose Cafe in the heart of Clifton Village, where she served a three-course Indian Fusion Inspired menu to thirty-six diners, including Sam Waterhouse and her partner!
In May 2018, Anupreet will be demonstrating some of her recipes from her book ‘Cook, Fuse, Eat’ that she is currently writing, due to be released in 2019, at the Foodies Festival, the UK’s Largest Food Festival, when they come to Bristol, between Friday 11th to Sunday 13th May 2018.
