Welcome to the Keto Kickstart Cleanse to take you on a health journey in 2019.
This workshop will introduce you to the Ketogenic diet , a short term low carb cleanse to drop weight fast!
We will start with an introduction to what Keto means compared to low carbohydrate maintenance or paleo and how long one should be in Ketosis.
We will talk about calories in calories out using breakfast as example (normal breakfast compared to keto) and Becky will share her journey with Keto and how she lost 40kg in weight! See her inspirational before and after photo below.
We will discuss health fats versus unhealthy fats and slow burning carbs versus fast burning carbs….
What to Swap? we will show you simple swaps, menu ideas.

Breakfast – egg muffins (spinach/sun-dried tomato/feta)
Lunch – cloud bread with avocado, grilled salmon, rocket, green beans
Dinner – cottage pie (topped cauliflower mash)
Dessert – Keto & Vegan Chocolate Mousse
We will demonstrate these dishes and you will be able to ask questions from Becky a certified Keto weight loss coach, who worked along side The Real Food Revolution in South Africa and Samantha Waterhouse a registered nutritionist whilst we have a delicious lunch with a House Soda or glass of organic wine.
You will be provided with all the material to complete the cleanse, please note this is a short cleanse as a precursor to steady healthy low carbohydrate weight loss – not a quick fix!
