Anupreet Attridge is a Bristol-based foodie. Her cookery style is contemporary and is passionate about the art of fusion cooking.
Holding supperclubs at the popular Primrose Cafe in the heart of Clifton Village, as well as a series of stunning Harbourside Yoga Suppers at the ambient Spoke & Stringer Deli & Restaurant, and her Vegan Monsoon Feast at the Bristol landmark The Watershed, she has enoyed the restaurant experience with some amazing testimonials.
Anupreet has also demonstrated some of her signature dishes in the Chef‘s Theatre at the Bristol and Oxford Foodies Festival. She has also partnered with the UK’s leading South Asian Chapatti Flour brand, Elephant Atta to write and film a series of fusion recipes featuring across their social Media as part of their inspire and engage media campaign. She also writes recipes for the online magazine The Art of Healthy Living.
Anupreet has also teached Indian Cookery at the dining club and food studio, The Bristol Cookhouse. As well as running her Indian Cookery Parties.
Anupreet is currently writing her first cookbook and some of the recipes featured in her book are featured on the menus at her unique pop up & supperclub events around the Bristol.
She is now back for 2019 with an exciting line up of public events, to include an Indian Afternoon Tea and a series of Demo & Dine events and a day retreat to name but just a few.
