At 5pm we close the canteen doors and the Cookhouse takes on a new persona. Chefs’ whites are donned, and cooking implements brandished as our supper clubs and pop-up diners come to life.
We have to admit; our dining club is an exciting space. Travel the world through the flavours and aromas of our evening supper clubs, with cuisines as diverse as Syrian and Sicilian taking over the Cookhouse. It’s a genuine feast for the soul.
As well as passionate local chefs and international food experts, we also invite specialist nutritionists to run health and wellbeing workshops. Soak up the ambience of the dining club while learning how to create a healthy meal plan, or better manage your stress levels.

We are looking for a small group of guests to join The Bristol Cookhouse to celebrate October, one of our favourite months for new and exciting autumnal produce.
