Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 bananas very ripe
4 eggs
140g nut butter almond, hazelnut, cashew etc.
4 tsp butter or coconut oil melted
75g coconut flour
75g almond flour
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder gluten free or homemade
1 tsp vanilla
100g dark chocolate chips or nuts such as pecans, hazelnuts etc. optional
pinch of sea salt

This is a really popular in our house and even passes the children’s sweet taste buds. No added sugar and no gluten so ideal for those following a sugar/gluten free diet.

Preheat your oven to 180º C

Combine your bananas, eggs, and nut butter, and butter in a food processor, or mixing bowl and mix well (if using a mixing bowl you need a good hand-mixer)

Once all of your ingredients are blended, add in your coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt and other optional ingredients and mix well

Pour your batter in a lined loaf tin and spread it evenly.

Place in your preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and flip your bread out onto a cooling rack.
